Contact and Test Access

You can enter your personal data on our website to contact us, such as when requesting a live demo or a consultation. Only the data marked with an asterisk are mandatory. The provision of further data may be helpful for the processing of your enquiry, but it is not mandatory (voluntary information). With your consent, these data will be used and stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your message (Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR). They will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties unless you expressly agree to this (consent). 
To be granted test access to our software, you must register by providing your name, telephone number and industry. We process your personal data for the purpose of providing the test access. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contractual relationship). If you are no longer using the software, we will delete your user data unless legal retention obligations make it necessary to store your data for a longer period.



The support pages of our website allow you to submit a request to our support team. This requires you to enter a valid e-mail address.   
In addition, you can also follow the author of knowledgebase entries or comment on an article. To do this, you must register as a user by providing your name and e-mail address. We use the data we collect from you in this way exclusively to guarantee these functions. We employ the service provider Zendesk Inc, 1019 Market Street, San Francisco, California 94103, USA, in order to provide these services efficiently. Zendesk acts as our processor and thus processes the data exclusively in accordance with our instructions (Article 28 GDPR). To ensure an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Article 44 et seqq. GDPR, we have concluded standard contractual clauses with Zendesk.

Partner program

If you register or log in on our website under “Become an eTermin partner”, you will leave our website and enter the website of Tapfiliate B.V., Rapenburgerstraat 173, 1011 VM Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The terms of Tapfiliate’s data protection declaration at apply here. 
Using the Tapfiliate application, you can register as our partner and receive a commission for referrals. To do this, it is necessary to enter your name, e-mail address and any additional company data (legal basis: Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR). In order to guarantee that recommendations are allocated clearly when a paid subscription to the eTermin software is concluded, you as an eTermin partner will receive a fixed URL which you can use to direct the recommendations from any website to the eTermin registration.
