Other personal data about you will only be stored if you enter it voluntarily on the website or use corresponding functions, such as entering data via our web forms.

 

Contact and Test Access

You can enter your personal data on our website to contact us, such as when requesting a live demo or a consultation. Only the data marked with an asterisk are mandatory. The provision of further data may be helpful for the processing of your enquiry, but it is not mandatory (voluntary information). With your consent, these data will be used and stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your message (Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR). They will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties unless you expressly agree to this (consent). 
To be granted test access to our software, you must register by providing your name, telephone number and industry. We process your personal data for the purpose of providing the test access. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contractual relationship). If you are no longer using the software, we will delete your user data unless legal retention obligations make it necessary to store your data for a longer period.

 

Support

The support pages of our website allow you to submit a request to our support team. This requires you to enter a valid e-mail address.   
In addition, you can also follow the author of knowledgebase entries or comment on an article. To do this, you must register as a user by providing your name and e-mail address. We employ the service provider Zendesk Inc, 1019 Market Street, San Francisco, California 94103, USA, in order to provide these services efficiently. Zendesk acts as our processor and thus processes the data exclusively in accordance with our instructions (Article 28 GDPR). To ensure an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Article 44 et seqq. GDPR, we have concluded standard contractual clauses with Zendesk.

Using the Tapfiliate application, you can register as our partner and receive a commission for referrals.
